CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

ACTIVATE

This class is a mind, body and spirit activation. It seamlessly blends the elements of dance, fitness, ancient Chinese healing, breath work, gratitude and happiness practice, tapping, somatic release, affirmations, and more! This class welcomes all levels and there will be modifications given by the instructor. This holistic approach leaves you feeling incredibly good.

STRENGTH & CARDIO

This class is a specialized strength and resistance training class designed to stimulate muscle and bone growth, with a particular focus on preventing osteoporosis. This class offers a safe and effective program that incorporates basic exercise to improve overall strength resistance. Specifically tailored for woman 45+. This class welcomes all levels and there will be modifications given by the instructor. Choosing movements that elevates your heart rate, is safe for the joints and ligaments and is low impact. And most importantly leaves you feeling really good. 

SLOW FLOW

An invigorating and grounding flow class combining stretching and strengthening movements and the power of breaths. This dynamic class is designed to release tension, build strength, and enhance overall wellbeing. This class welcomes all levels and there will be modifications given by the instructor. Guaranteed to make you feel good, really really good.

STRENGTH & MOBILITY

This class is a specialized strength and resistance training class designed to stimulate muscle and bone growth, with a particular focus on preventing osteoporosis. This class offers a safe and effective program that incorporates basic exercise to improve overall strength resistance. Specifically tailored for woman 45+. This class welcomes all levels and there will be modifications given by the instructor. Mobility training will be integrated into this class to improve range of motion, healthy joints, reducing stiffness, and enhancing overall flexibility. Mobility training is important for risk of injury. It also alleviates joint pain, promotes better posture and balance, and leaves you feeling really really good. 

MOVEMENT & DANCE

This class will have you experiencing the ultimate joy of movement. This unique fusion of fitness, fun, and fabulousness will have you moving your body and hips like Shakira. Not only does this dance class provide a great workout but it also enhances cognitive function, memory skills, and brain plasticity. So let's shimmy, shake, and feel really really good.
